BACKGROUND
JALUMA has taken a step forward in the development of a comprehensive training program. It is a transformational phase of training and programs organized by JALUMA through the involvement of 20 public universities in Malaysia. The training program, in the context of this convention is focused on leadership competence which is consistent with the theme, direction and orientation of each of the convention. PenDaPaT members consists of Prof. Dato' Dr. Morshidi Sirat (Advisor) and Prof. Dato' Dr. Norzaini Azman (Chairman) were invited for the plenary session.

- To meet the challengers and needs of the industrial Revolution 4.0 in the context of the dynamic and advanced world of higher education governance among university administrators.
